हमको नहीं मालूम था ए खुदा, की लाठी भी मिलेगी तेरे शहर में।



हमको नहीं मालूम था ए खुदा,
की लाठी भी मिलेगी तेरे शहर में।
जिस शहर में कमाने को आए
वही दर दर भटकने को मजबूर हो गए।।

हमको नहीं हैं शौक माँगने का
ये तो हालात ऐसे कर दिए ।
कि हम अपना परिवार छोड़कर
शहर में कमाने को चल दिए।।
